Patrick works with Property Resources, where he focuses on acquiring retail shopping centers across North Carolina. His role centers on sourcing opportunities, building and running financial models, and building relationships. He has closed more than $60 million in acquisitions and underwritten over 100 retail and other multi tenant assets. Patricks experience includes leasing exposure, investor coordination, and broker relations, with day-to-day use of platforms such as CoStar, LoopNet, and Crexi.
