Philip Corriher is a native Charlottean and received a B.S. in Finance from the University of North Carolina
at Charlotte. Philip joined Colliers International in 2020 and specializes in Retail Landlord and Tenant representation as well as site selection for several developers.
Mr. Corriher has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience and has developed a strong network of contacts throughout the industry. Primarily relying on his close proximity as a longtime resident of Charlotte and his landlord and tenant contacts, Philip has a unique handle on the pulse of the Charlotte growth.

Janice Dixon
Janice M. Dixon, CCIM is the Principal and Owner of Synergy Commercial Properties. She is a CCIM designated realtor with 40 years experience in the real estate industry. Janice started her career as a lease administrator for a Class A Office Developer in the Wake, Durham and Orange County Markets. Later, she gained experience in New Home Sales, Site acquisition and Commercial Real Estate Brokerage. Janice’s innovative thinking and problem solving skills make her an experienced closer and negotiator. She is licensed to sell real estate in both North and South Carolina. She has served on the NC- CCIM Institutes, Board of Directors and has served on CCIM’s National Designation Committee and a Chapter Activities Subcommittee. She is a 2020 Graduate of the CCIM Institutes' J W Levine Leadership Development Academy.
She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Mid-Carolinas Association of Realtors, Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors and the International Council of Shopping Centers. Janice has also been awarded numerous prestigious awards, including:

Karen Mankowski
On the Occupier side, Karen Mankowski, CCIM, LEED-AP®, works with multi-market clients combining strategic consultancy with practical implementation in order to lower occupancy costs and increase efficiency. Frequently, these clients require expertise in both Industrial and Office buildings. Karen has years of experience in the leasing and sale of industrial properties - throughout North and South Carolina - in both secondary and tertiary markets, which provides her clients with critical guidance and lasting value. In addition, she has worked on the Office side, completing hundreds of transactions ranging from small office leases to Corporate Headquarters / Build-to-Suit projects for clients with a global footprint.
She also assists Landlords and Sellers, with the development and execution of successful real estate strategies. In this capacity, Ms. Mankowski specializes in maximizing market exposure and developing customized marketing campaigns designed to aggressively pursue prospects. Her experience focused on the the marketing and leasing of Office buildings, owned by institutional investors and regional firms, has consistently helped her clients maximize the value of their portfolios.
Ms. Mankowski holds an M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She holds a B.S.B.A. in Finance from the University of Louisville.

Kevan Smith
A construction executive who has worked throughout his career in the construction and real estate industry. After starting in the family homebuilding business, Kevan worked as a residential developer and commercial real estate executive before purchasing Mann Builders in 2011. Kevan and his partner David Fry operated SEC General Contractors until 2022 when it was purchased by JenCon Builders. He has been on both sides of the table and knows what it takes to not only manage construction but also to bring project designs and construction schedules in line with client requirements. Kevan is a team player dedicated to delivering on his commitments and those of his firm. He is a member of CRCBR and NC CCIM. Kevan is the founder of 2 real estate business affiliate groups; Breakfast & Brains and The Blue Ridge Institute for Advanced Real Estate Studies. Kevan is a graduate of Winthrop University and Hargrave Military Academy where he serves as President of the Alumni Board.
