Jaben is an advisor based in Cabarrus County, NC; specializing in off-market investment sales/site acquisitions & leasing.

He is an active investor in his community and an avid traveler; utilizing time abroad to expand his network of real estate developers, investors, & and business owners. 

Starnes places the utmost value on building authentic relationships & has an innate passion for people at the core of who he is. He's built a team of dedicated brokers and referral partners to match whatever commercial real estate demands come his way! 

Jaben is the former 2023 chair of the National Industrial Committee at his prior firm and currently serves on the community engagement committee for CCM. He works internally as a mentor to facilitate growth, education, & deal flow among brokers. 

He enjoys playing drums and guitar at churches across the greater Charlotte area, and most importantly loves Jesus.
