Join us for lunch at the Toll Brothers Triangle office as we learn about commercial development through the lens of a seasoned local developer, Jim Few, as well as development insight from a national home builder, Toll Brothers.

Jim Few of the James Company will be speaking about his 50+ years in commercial real estate development. His discussion will consist of the good/bad and "you can’t make this stuff up" about his experience in the profession. Jim hopes to pass along some life lessons learned. 

Toll Brothers will be hosting lunch and sharing their plans for upcoming mixed-use development in the Triangle. They will walk the audience thru the underwriting process they conduct before an LOI is submitted for a project. Mike Owens and Andrew Stewart will focus on how Toll Brothers underwrites land in various stages (raw, entitled and finished lots) using their “deal deck,” as it is their single source of truth when valuing opportunities. In addition, they will outline their buy box and target markets, while addressing “hot topics” across target municipalities (UDOs/Zoning/Regulations, etc). Toll Brothers is publicly traded under the ticker symbol TOL and is recognized as the top luxury home builder in the United States.
