Greensboro, NC — April 29, 2026 — The North Carolina CCIM Chapter is proud to announce it has been awarded Third Place in the 2025 President’s Cup, Tier 1 Division at the CCIM Institute Spring Forum held in Philadelphia.

The President’s Cup recognizes outstanding chapter performance across key areas including education, membership engagement, operations, and overall excellence. Earning a top-three finish in the highly competitive Tier 1 division reflects the North Carolina Chapter’s continued leadership and sustained commitment to advancing excellence within the commercial real estate industry.
